  • turns into a bar - black flamingo is inside in the basement
  • tostada de atun - classic. can’t miss.
  • aguachile negro - seriously spicy, but my favorite dish of whole meal.
  • pescado del dia “al pastor” - riff on contramar’s two-color butterfly fish. al pastor is my favorite, so i loved this.
  • jaiba suave - soft shell crab, sits on top a green chorizo & beans. one of the best flavor combinations i’ve ever had.
  • crema de limon - deconstructed key lime pie (my favorite)
